3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and to keep this information up to date.
### **4. Payment & Refund Policy**
4.1. **Payment**: You agree to pay all fees associated with the courses or products you purchase on the Platform, and you are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
4.2. **Refund Policy**:
- Refunds can only be requested within **24 hours** of purchase.
- If you are unsatisfied with the course content, you must email us at **[email protected]** within **24 hours** of your purchase to request a refund.
- Refunds will only be processed **if the course has not been started**. Once you begin the course (i.e., once you access the course materials or start the first lesson), the refund policy will no longer apply.
- Refund requests received after the 24-hour window or after starting the course will not be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
4.3. **No Refunds on Subscription Payments**: If you have enrolled in a subscription-based course or membership program, no refunds will be issued after the 24-hour refund window.
### **5. Code of Conduct**
5.1. You agree to interact respectfully with other students and instructors, and refrain from inappropriate, harmful, or discriminatory behavior.
5.2. You are not allowed to share, distribute, or sell any course content or materials provided by **Naomi Love Travel** without prior written consent.
### **6. Limitation of Liability**
6.1. **Naomi Love Travel** is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or course materials.
6.2. We do not guarantee the success of any student or the effectiveness of the content provided for career or financial outcomes.
### **7. Privacy & Data Collection**
7.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information as described in our **Privacy Policy** (available on the Platform).
7.2. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
